AWS US-East Causing Some LB Issues

    Type: Incident
    Duration: 7 days, 23 hours and 31 minutes

    Oct 20, 16:19:50 GMT+0 - Monitoring - We’re currently seeing intermittent connectivity issues affecting a small subset of our systems hosted in AWS’s us-east-1 region due to ongoing instability within AWS.

As you likely already know, this is part of a major, ongoing AWS outage that's impacting many online services and providers globally.

<https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status>

QuotaGuard is actively monitoring AWS's recovery efforts and working to restore full functionality as soon as possible. Oct 20, 16:47:02 GMT+0 - Monitoring - We are still monitoring, we do have a work around that bypasses some of AWS's degraded systems. If needed, please contact our Support ([support@quotaguard.com](mailto:support@quotaguard.com)) so we can help you implement it. Oct 20, 17:57:38 GMT+0 - Monitoring - Impacted AWS load balancer(s) appears to be working reliably now, however too early to declare the issue resolved.

Still monitoring, but trending in the right direction... Oct 20, 19:31:21 GMT+0 - Resolved - It appears to be stable now and, after about 4 hours of no issues, we'll close this as "resolved" and keep our eyes out for any additional issues as the day concludes.
